- What’s included: I’ll provide a basic moodboard, space plan, and room layout, suited to your needs and vision for a unique design.
- Deliverables: A floor plan and concept board featuring colours, materials, and carefully curated recommendations, possibly including vintage or antique options (some items might be available for purchase, while others may serve as inspiration for style and design direction).
- Ideal for: Clients who want a professional design vision without full project management/procurement.
B. 3D Visuals & Detailed Design
- What’s included: Everything from the Concept Design Package, plus a more elaborated moodboard, 3D renderings and a shopping list (trade discounts - shared 50/50 - included). If the project calls for specialized skills, I can connect you with highly recommended professionals.
- Deliverables: 3D visualizations (white model render), floor plan, elaborated moodboard, material specifications, and carefully curated recommendations - with shared trade discounts where available (some items might not be available for purchase, but may serve as inspiration for style and design direction).
- Projects can take around 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered, and you'll receive another 4 weeks online support (max 10 hours of contact through email/whatsapp) after receiving your designs.
- Ideal for: Clients who want a clear visual guide to bring their design to life, with support from industry experts.

B. Whole Home or Commercial Space Design & Implementation
